Coincidence or not?

While explaining one of the meals I was planning to cook yesterday, I realized that I think of the term "white rice" as meaning "any type of rice, unusual in that it is prepared without spices, peas, onions or eggs. Preferred by Caucasians."

I can't decide if that was racist of me or not.
