Network troubleshooting help, please?

I moved my router and wifi-hub, along with all the rest of my furniture. Configuration is the same, the only real difference is that the electricity is coming from a different circuit breakers. Only, now the network connection is completely spotty, even for my ethernet connections.

I've been working on it for about 2 days now, and I'm really frustrated with it. Anybody interested in helping me debug the system? I'll spring for drinks and pizza.
