Sometimes, Blue Beard will call me and say, "I really want to have a guest at my home," and I tell him, Yes, I would like the same thing. Then we try to figure out which one of us hasn't had a guest longer, and that person ends up hosting an impromptu get together.
Hopefully, by tomorrow, you'll see this exact same post in my biz-blog, only with a photo attached.
(I finally got the film from a few weeks ago developed, and I'm really, really hoping that my final project for studio lighting is in them).

Blue Beard has been text messaging me while I'm in the lab, frantically scanning film and wondering what the hell i did with the last month of my life. He's been keeping me sane.
BB and I have decided to put out a new collectible card game. We're calling it Jacks! We're pretty sure the exclamation point will keep us from getting sued. The idea is that you play a kid playing jacks, only we use cards instead of, you know, jacks. There'll be all kinds of crazy interrupts, like the Hit A Pebble card, or Super Fast Hands.
Yeah, see. The problem with this stage of the work is that while it requires a tremendous amount of processing power, all I can really do is, make three decisions, and then click Scan.
Possibly, I should be using this free time to do other types of homework. But that's not real likely, is it?

Oh Great Cthulhu!
I have been an extremely busy devotee this year.
In July, I fed zer0gee to a Shoggoth (250 points). In May, I defiled the grave of that traitor, Lovecraft (90 points). In December, I wore an Elder Sign (-10 points). In October, I sacrificed
laustinthedark to Cthulhu (500 points). In August, I made a burnt offering to the Dead Dreamer (100 points). In September, I bombed a cultist gathering (-100 points).
In short, I have been very good (830 points) and deserve the honour of having my body used as a host for one of your servitors.
Your humble and obedient servant,
