I'm trying to add a little more structure to my life, a kind of daily routine which I can engage in even while I'm on the road.

This is what I have so far:

Choose a bed time
Set alarm for 9 hours later

Coffee, Breakfast 1 Hour
Meditate, Yoga, Run, Shower	1.5 Hours

Work	2 Hours
Break	15 minutes

Work	2 Hours

Lunch Break	2 Hours
Go to Lunch with someone, clean apartment, or work on a hobby

Work	2 Hours

Socialize, Dinner, etc	3 hours

Draw or practice other art	1 hour
Evening Yoga	30 min

Of course, the big issue with this, as always, is defining what does and does not constitute "work." This makes for only working 6 hours/day, which seems pretty horrifying as a freelancer, but friends who helped during the initial draft pointed out that this is a 7-day/week work schedule I'm talking about. During a crunch time, I could work through the italicized items to give me an additional 4 hours of work/day, while still leaving me with daily effort spent on personal growth and exploration.

What do you think?

Thanks for the input. It still feels like spending far too little time actually working, but I think I need to spend some serious time defining what is and is not "work."

I sense I'll be reading more David Allen in my future.
