Starting yoga this week. And jogging/power walking/aerobic conditioning at the gym. Basically, I want to be more flexible and have more stamina. Stronger is a minor additional consideration.
Thing is, I know that I shouldn't be running every day, but what about yoga? What about some other aerobic exercise?
