busy

I'm not really sure how I've ended up being so busy, I feel like it all fell on me at once.

Here's a quick summary of what I've been working on/prepping for:

Sunday, I have a photo shoot with a model who contacted me on MySpace.
Monday, I have a portfolio review at Columbia, followed by another photo shoot.
Tuesday, I'm going to the Photo Critique group at the Peter Jones Gallery.
Friday is Kinetic, as well as when chuchotement comes to visit, she'll be here until
Tuesday, April 11th, when I leave for Frolic Con, where I'll be selling my photos at a con for the first time. I'll also be acting as a Art Rep for Eric Eggly at the con, whom I first met at the Echo Gallery exhibition.
Next Saturday is also the Creative Housing Expo, an expo on all the resources Chicago government offers to help artists find purchasing housing, non-profit orgs, etc. Cleo and I will be going, if Erin doesn't mind.

In order to prep for all of that, I've got to re-organize my portfolio, choose what prints I want to sell, make a run of unlimited prints of them, set prices, buy additional supplies, organize equal activities for Eric, and stay on the ball with all the homework I'll be missing, including a great deal of work on my final project.

Then I found out about the job opportunity, so now I've been reworking my resume, and talking a lot to Columbia's career help center, and trying to arrange additional portfolio review opportunities for myself.

I've also got several collaborative projects I've also been working on. Nigel's asked me to shoot some figure studies for him, and I'm hoping to turn it into a work of my own. I'm supposed to be at Naughty Kitty right now, shooting the fetish night.

Gah! So busy.....
