Okay, that's it. I'm officially incapable of carrying on at this pace any longer. I am going to get a decent night's rest, and I will finish all of this Wednesday and Thursday.
Incidentally, Thursday night is once again going to be a pre-cooking extravaganza. I'll be making Saag Paneer, Alu ki Sabzi, Dry Alu (must find out what that is really called), and possibly mom's squash dish. If anybody is interested in legitimizing these "leftovers," give me a call tomorrow.
