Talking to Mirage's children on webcam right now. They move WAY faster than 30 frames per second.

I am an infatuated dork, and there's 27 days left before I even get to know what she smells like.

It's actually a well-documented fact in portrait photography that children under the age of 12 move at 1/250th of a second. There are charts which show the minimum required shutter speed based on average age. We slow down to about 1/30 by age 24.

A child, when trying to hold perfectly still, will move at 1/60th of a second. An adult, when trying to hold perfectly still, will move at 1/8th of a second.
