(f)AD stopped by today to borrow my 'net connection. My brother had insisted on doping me up on a few different types of over-the-counter pain relievers for my back, so I was less than coherent. She rattled off some commentary about work, and at some point in my dazed I focused in on this phrase:

"Whenever someone tries to buy one of those bracelets that say Apathy, I always ask them, Are you sure?"

I love having my apartment all to myself again, but I miss the conversation.
