14 February 2006 14:38Version 2.01 of Word Press has just been released. I'm still using 1.5 on my website, and there are a lot of new features that I've been trying to implement through various plugins. Specifically:
But I held off on upgrading, half because I'm still thinking about a site redesign and half because I want to switch providers, and it seems like I should do all those things at the same time. The other half, though, was worry about bugs in the latest release.
Two weeks ago, they released the patched version of 2.0, which is version 2.01, and mention over 114 bug fixes. So I feel like I was right to wait. But have I waited long enough? Is it time to make the big switch?
