Lithe recommended Basecamp as another possible software solution for my business, although it doesn't look like it's as generally useful as the Daylite/Billings software combo that I've been leaning towards.

Note that the main reason I'm interested in Daylite over the others is because the Apple Store on Michigan Ave offers free classes on the program, every Wednesday, and their Genius Bar has people who are familiar with it.
