(tangent before I even get started with the post I was about to make)
It has come to my attention that there is, somewhere out there in the wide world, a Winnie-the-Pooh inspired cookbook. Several, in fact. There's The Pooh Cook Book, Winnie-the-Pooh's Teatime Cookbook, Winnie-the-Pooh's Picnic Cookbook, The Pooh Cookbook: Inspired by Winnie-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner (1969), and Cooking With Pooh.
The Pooh Cook Book, I've been told, has an entire chapter labeled "Smackerals."
( Do I even need to say this next part? )
