Found a nifty on MySpace (actually, it found me): The Elevated Exchange.

The Elevated Exchange was started in Chicago on February 10th 2005 after two strangers sitting across from each other on the "L" train introduced themselves and swapped mix CD's. The idea is this: dust off that discman, burn a Mix CD you would like to share, print a sticker of the following logo and display it on your person (your bag for example) - when you see someone with the sticker (anywhere in Chicago) trade your Mix CD with them.
