An old high school chum just got in touch with me. He manages some kind of racism-purging training seminar company. Can anyone tell me what the hell that means?

In general, anything that uses words like "racism purging" and "diversity seminar" is a bunch of guilty-feeling white folks who wander around trying to make other folks pay them to be lectured about why they should feel guilty, too, because they once had a bad thought about someone who happened to be black.
