Thinking about buying a new Macbook Pro come mid-May. Only, last time I bought an Apple, they came out with a brand new product two months later. Is anybody aware of a reason why I should hold off on buying a new laptop for a little bit?

I meant more in the vein of "they'll be releasing new designs with upgraded hardware a week after you buy the thing" sort of news.

Since new macbook Pro's just came out last week and they have a 9-18 month product cycle, you should be safe for another 7-8 months at least.
