The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

The Nohari Window is a challenging inversion of the Johari Window, using antonyms of the original words. By describing your failings from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of perceived and unrecognised weaknesses can be explored.

Only if it's equally wrong that I wrote down the list you came up with, and no one else's.

Not for a while, I'm afraid. NYE made it really clear to me that I've been trying to live two half-lives. Plus, a number of my friends here in Chicago have complained that I have yet to spend a major holiday with them.

Add to this that, since Z and I broke up nearly a year ago, I have yet to take a trip to Pgh without crying at some point during it. It's not something I find very enjoyable anymore.
